Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Place the unworn clothing with original tags attached into the original shipping bag or a secure box to ensure the items are protected during transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
